Currently, DANI Line of products is composed of:

  • High resolution gas chromatographers adapted to operate in FAST GC and integrated with the main injection and detection systems;
  • software to reach the highest performance of analysis in GC (control, data acquisition and evaluation, including integration, quantification and reporting);
  • automatic systems for sample preparation; and
  • analyzers for the continuous monitoring of polluting substances present in air and gas chromatograph systems for on-line natural gas analysis.

TNMH 462 Total Non-Methane Hydrocarbons

DANI TNMH 462 is a total non-methane hydrocarbons monitor for both ambient and inert gases built on Flame Ionization Detector (FID) principle, with or without catalytic subtraction of all non methane hydrocarbons through a special scrubber.

The powerful built-in microprocessor control the entire cycle, making sure the scrubber is activated and the response obtained, related to methane contents only, is continuously subtracted from the total response, according to Methane Reference Mode.

Standard measures (438x178x590 mm) allows the installation of DANI TNMH 462 into a common rack.

THM 422 Total Hydrocarbons Monitor

DANI THM 422 is a total methane hydrocarbons monitor for both ambient and inert gases based on Flame Ionization Detector (FID) principle.

The powerful built-in microprocessor provides cyclical calibration activation with zero and full scale automatic correction according to calibration standard, data handling, results display and transmission.

Standard measures (438x178x590 mm) allows the installation of DANI THM 422 into a common rack.

MASTER TD Thermal Desorber

Thermal Desorption technique is becoming the alternative method to traditional solvent extraction offering many advantages like a considerable increase in sensitivity (up to 1000-10000 times), a higher percentage recovery (over 95% for all volatile substances), a reduced sample handling and the reuse of the sampling tubes which decreases the costs.

Without the use of solvents, the thermal desorption eliminates the introduction of impurities into the column by masking the peaks of interest. This minimizes the negative effects in the environment, safeguards the operators' health and eliminates considerable solvents costs.

DANI MASTER TD guarantees excellent analysis performances by using a two-stage thermal desorption process: the volatile and semi-volatile compounds (up to C44) are desorbed from the sample by heating in a flow of inert gas and refocused in a narrow-bore packed trap kept a low temperature and filled with one or more sorbent materials. The trap is heated instantaneously and the components are introduced in a narrow band directly into the analytical column through a heated transfer line. The electrical cooling device of the trap, able to cool down to -40°C, is included in the MASTER TD. Used with suitable sorbet material it allows focusing even of extremely volatile compounds. Cooling is very fast and no cryogenic liquid is required.

MASTER GC Fast Gas Chromatograph

DANI MASTER GC offers a new approach to the world of gas chromatography by dramatically decreasing sample run times in a wide range of GC applications.

Faster than a conventional GC, DANI MASTER GC increases analytical productivity with an excellent sensitivity. The modular design of the components allows to easily change or upgrade any GC configurations. Up to three injection units and three detectors can be mounted simultaneously. A complete accessibility of the whole system allows easy maintenance and a real cost reduction.

An intuitive Touch Screen interface controls both the GC and AS with an ultimate simplicity. DANI MASTER GC replaces the complicated keypad user interface with a user friendly, large, full colour Touch screen which avoids a continuous “up and down” among the multiple levels and simplifies the use of the operating manual.

DANI MASTER GC includes a complete range of injectors and in particular DANI PTV ensures unprecedented sample integrity and supports the stringent timing requirements of FAST GC through a rapid cool down.

MASTER DHS Dynamic Headspace Sampler

The DANI MASTER DHS system provides the headspace sampling of liquid or solid matrices, located in a sealed and thermostatted vial, through the constant sweeping of the volatiles by a flow of carrier gas.

The use of a dual-needle design enables to transfer the volatiles to a narrow-bore packed trap filled with one or more sorbent materials, and kept at low temperature. After refocusing the volatiles, the trap is heated and the compounds are introduced, by means of a heated transfer line, directly into the GC injection port. In addition, by simply exchanging the needle the MASTER DHS can be operated in Purge & Trap mode.

The volatiles present in the headspace are purged by an inert gas flow, efficiently trapped, refocused and subsequently injected into the GC injection port.

The combination of the MASTER DHS to the MASTER AS Automatic Sampler, a robotic X-Y-Z coordinate sampler, provides precise and accurate sampling, increasing sample throughput and improving analysis performance.
